Rajendra & Co. was established in the year 1949 under the name of J.R. Shah & Co. Mr. J R Shah was one of the better-known tax consultants in Mumbai. His son Rajendra Shah completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1965 and set up Rajendra & Co.- as an audit firm It is now almost 60 years since the set-up of Rajendra & Co. The firm has grown since them and now has six partners, nine other professionals and currently, has staff strength of about 60 people. Rajendra & Co. also provides corporate direct taxation advisory to multinational firms and several public listed companies. |
